Everytime I have to shoot a wedding in Castello di Meleto I’m very excited because this is one of my favourite locations in Chianti area.
I met this couple from London more than a year before the wedding and I knew they were very glad to get marry in this fantastic place.
Castello di Meleto really is a perfect location for weddings in Tuscany, it’s a medieval castle located in the heart of Chianti area, close to Firenze, Arezzo and Siena.
Getting married here allows the the couple and the guests to live an unforgettable experience: you are both surrounded by the authentic atmosphere of Tuscan wineyards and luxury services offered by the hotel.
I found a perfect summer day and everyone was excited.
After the getting ready in the castle rooms all the guest moved to the panoramic terrace for the ceremony, a shaded area with a fantastic view on the castle.
Everyone was moved and Sasha and Chris finally fulfilled their dream.
After the ceremony all the guests moved back to the castle walking along the avenue of cypresses for a relaxing aperitif.
During the golden hour I asked the couple to take some pictures around the countryside near to the castle.
The dinner was set up in the garden in front of the castle, in a fantastic atmosphere perfect for speeches and dancing.
